Body Envy Boot Camp – Begin Your Fat Loss Journey!

Working out at Body Envy Boot Camp is quickly becoming a favorite amongst women. Not only are they fun, but great for women to work their entire body.  If you are not getting results from your plain old boring routine, then Body Envy Boot Camp might be just what you need.

Body Envy Boot Camps are held outdoors and in groups, making it a nice change from a stuffy old gym.  The exercises that are performed at camp can be extremely demanding but they are desirable as they work all kinds of muscles simultaneously.  This in turn helps to burn massive amounts of calories.

Keep in mind what you’re wearing.  It’s always a good idea to dress in layers especially in the colder weather, as the camps are held outside.  You will notice by the intensity of the session you perspire frequently, so insure proper hydration.

If you have any health concerns it’s always wise to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.  Every month the camp trainer is there to help you track your progress by the scale, measurements and body fat percentage.  You will find these tools helpful to track your progress throughout your boot camp experience.
