My friends are joining a dance troupe, and I admit I am also interested there. But there is one problem, and that is my weight. I am almost sixty kilos and I really can’t move that easy without being haggard and chasing at my every breath. I am nearly obese, I think. That is why I need to lose weight before I acquire some diseases from the lifestyle I once had. That was the thought before but no longer now. Here it is!

The truth is that at the present time, I am in a South Beach Diet, and I have to admit that it is also helpful. There is one more thing that is missing, and that is the visible abs that I must have. Here inh my body, the one lacking are the abs I am working out with. In other words, I looked at the nearest gym in our place of destination. Because the instructor there is my ex boyfriend, I had the opportunity to consult him without any payment whatsoever. It’s funny right!
