I started doing this when I was a kid. I love riding my bike or jogging and sweat out with my friends.We would choose to wake up early and jog to the hilltop nearby.There are few on the road and the air is crispy fresh. Lovely! I also used to jog to my school with a backpack on my back.EVeryone just thought that I am being crazy.But I just love the feeling of the endorphin rush when I go running.It is great.
Next to running, my next passion is dancing. Well, it is not the usual club dancing that you probably thought it was.I am talking about ballet.That is correct, I said ballet. People always get so surprise when they see a grown adult dancing ballet. It is not usual to see a male dancing ballet, don’t even mention an adult male.We are the rare species when it comes to ballet.You can easily find 20 or more ballet dancer in one dance class and maybe only 1 male dancer.So the male dancer will be in the spotlight – a good idea.It feels great when I dance to the classical piece.You not only get to exercise and sweat it out, but yuo do so in an artistic manner too as you need to understand the music and move your body along with it.This is one best form of exercise for all.Ballet is tough on one’s body. You have to train very hard to be able to execute the move smoothly. All dancers have very tone muscle. If you want to learn how to get abs quick, then dancing is great.
The toughest exercise for myself would be playing tennis.This is tough, and it is near impossible for me. Well, the human body was never designed for scaling vertical object.The thin air up there does not make it any easier.When you reach that kind of height, you feel like you do not have enough oxygen and soon you get dizzy.
